KimTiao can discuss diamonds, coloured stones and client-owned stones as part of a bespoke commission. Availability, origin information and laboratory documentation vary by stone and supplier; relevant details are reviewed before purchase where applicable.

Resetting begins with inspection.
An existing stone may carry personal value and deserve a new setting, but its condition and dimensions must first be assessed.
KimTiao will review visible wear, chips, existing damage, proportions and setting options. Some stones may require specialist testing or may not be suitable for a proposed design. Any recommendation is made after physical inspection.
