General information

This website provides general information about KimTiao and its services. It is not a catalogue offer, binding quotation, valuation, appraisal, gemstone certification or guarantee that a particular commission can be accepted.

Project-specific terms

Every commission is subject to assessment. Scope, materials, price, payment arrangements, schedule, revisions, delivery, care and any other project-specific terms will be confirmed separately in writing before work begins.

Images and variations

Photographs are illustrative of selected work and workshop activity. Screen colour, scale and appearance may differ from physical objects. Natural stones and handcrafted work can contain variations in colour, inclusions, texture, dimensions and finish.

Client-supplied materials

Existing jewellery, stones, metal and other client-supplied objects must be assessed before their suitability can be confirmed. Hidden damage, prior repairs, material composition or structural limitations may only become apparent during inspection or work.

Intellectual property

Website text, layout, brand assets and photographs are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission. Reference material supplied for a commission should not require KimTiao to infringe another party’s rights.

External services

Links to maps, messaging services and other third-party websites are provided for convenience. KimTiao is not responsible for their availability, content or privacy practices.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KimTiao is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information or from third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
